Update. With help from family, we have hand delivered the letter at 4pm and our son that works that way took a quick video of giving the letter to their reception desk, As he turned around an left he heard someone mutter, "see you in court."
As expected we do not expect these fraudsters to honour their warranty
My next steps, I will consult citizens advice.
I will collect 2 quotes and looks as though I have to pay for them as no one is prepared to do a free quote.
We have pictures of the water damage.
We will go ahead and get repaired without contact the crooks again.
Once repaired, we will invoice them, give them 5 days to pay up and advise them it will be court action if we have not got our money by then.
Once we start our small claims as i don't see them paying, any monies paid for that will have to be returned.
I'm hoping to win the case as we have done nothing wrong and given this thief's more than enough time to repair the leak that is damaging our property.
If they do not pay after the above, the day after we will employ the services of the high court bailiffs.
We have had enough of these criminals. Then once we have our money, we will leave a concise, and factual review on Trustpilot.
(I'm assuming the courts will be fair and not tie us ordinary people down with legal jargon and formalities. )
Btw, several years of warranty is left on the conservatory - does this mean every time it goes wrong we have to go through this process with the scum again? Or can we get some of our money back and how?
PS> Just a thought, once we win, I will hand the story to the local press and I hope that teaches them a lesson as we have been hurt, stressed, worried, worried sick, fall out at home and had to endure lies, nastiness, etc from these scammers.

14 days is a more acceptable time scale .Warranty always depends upon what's in the terms and conditions of the warranty .0
