How to get refund, not vouchers, from RyanAir

We had three separate flights booked for May last year. Total cost about £350. RyanAir cancelled them due to coronavirus. I filled out the online claim form being careful to specify cash refund, not vouchers. They sent me email reply stating ' Once approved your refund request will be processed within 20 working days to the original form of payment....' I wrote to them in September asking for the claim to be processed as promised. No reply. In August they sent me vouchers ' As part of processing your recent refund request....' Last month I wrote again rejecting the vouchers I hadn't asked for and demanding a cash refund. Again, no reply. I have been unable to get through to them by phone. The vouchers expire in May.
I am thinking about pursuing this through the small claims court in Ireland. Can anyone give me advice or information about this or alternative routes to get the money back?
Thanks
