Giftcloud amazon voucher not received

I have applied and was successful for a santander credit card back in November and that was supposed to come with a £20 amazon voucher sent by giftcloud within 90 days. I have not received anything to date and the 90 days are almost up (1 week to go). Just wanted to see if there's anyone else that got this credit card and either has or has not received the amazon gift card and also if it doesn't arrive (I'll give it until the end of the month) who do I contact (Santander?)?
Thank you in advance.

I don’t think anyone has had them yet. I’m still waiting, but don’t contact Santander CS, they won’t have a clue what you are talking about.

You will need to contact Giftcloud directly

I got mine on the 18th Feb and was suspicious too as I had forgotten about it.
I can’t remember when I applied but it was probably around 3 months ago.
They email said it was from Money Saving Expert .co.uk and was titled ‘It’s arrived’
It then had a Santander icon, Money Saving Expert.com and amazon gift card icons.
There was a link but I didn’t use it as there is also the code within the email which successfully worked.
Hope this helps.1 -
Sadly I was rejected and I am gutted as I thought that I had followed the process fully. This was their email:
Hi,
Thank you for your patience on this matter.
Unfortunately, we are unable to verify your claim and process your reward. This is because your purchase has not tracked end-to-end through the offer journey. There are several reasons why this may have happened, including the presence of ad-blockers on the web browser or device used to complete the sale; use of other offers, discounts, or vouchers; and/or failure to follow the specific offer journey. As a result, the client is unable to confirm and validate your claim.
For this reason, the client has to apply the Terms and Conditions of this offer, which deem invalid and not eligible for a reward for any sales that haven’t tracked end-to-end or that didn’t follow the right fulfillment journey. As mentioned above, your sale falls under one of these categories.
We are sorry that you have had this experience. For future similar offers online, we suggest you ensure that you don't have any software or device restrictions that could prevent the sale from correctly tracking, and follow the required journey.
Kind regards,
Daria

I got in touch with Giftcloud by email and they asked for my application reference, which fortunately I still had. Anyway, just got a reply today:Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
We have investigated your query and received information, that you are eligible for a reward. Your reward will be sent to you within 10 working days.
You will be notified via email. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Kind regards,

I guess MSE are already aware of this 'issue'. I too have failed to receive a promised voucher (£125) for purchase of a Vodafone Home Broadband service advertised via MSE, with no response from GiftCloud (of course). My advice: if you see any money back offer advertised on MSE, assume it isn't going to materialise. And MSE do helpfully provide us with an option to ignore all money-back 'promises' in their ranking of offers.

Same problem for me too. How do we get MSE to stop listing these scam deals?0
