Santander Everyday credit card offer

I recently took advantage of the Santander Everyday 0% credit card transfer. Part of the offer stated a £20 Amazon voucher. From whom do I claim this and how?

I spoke to an advisor at Santander this morning who said the Amazon Gift Card is nothing to do with them and they do not have such an incentive.  I am going to contact again via chat and will update if I have any further information.

Looking at this post it seems if you clicked the MSE link then it's processed within 90 days so you may have to wait..

Adamp87 is correct if you clicked the MSE link to apply for the card then it should arrive after 90 days.  I contacted Santander again who have said the vouchers are actually dealt with by a company called GiftCloud.  So if after 90 days the voucher has not arrived you need to contact them at hello@giftcloud as will I be doing if my voucher does not materialise.  Hope this helps.  👍😊

I also applied for mine on 10 Dec but still not received an email from Santander or MSE with my gift card link.
Can anyone confirm just what email address sent them their gift card?
Is it the usual msemoneytips@email3 address that all my other MSE offer emails come via?

Mine came from no-reply@giftcloud.com so not much help......

I also got accepted in December but no voucher received. Do I contact Santander or MSE regarding this? Can anyone advise?
