1. These terms and conditions apply to the £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card promotion run by MoneySupermarket Group and by making a claim you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, therefore please read carefully.

2. The offer is provided by the MoneySupermarket Group and fulfilled by Giftcloud. The offer is only open to UK residents who are aged 18 years and above who successfully apply for a Santander Everyday credit card (subject to prior credit assessment) via this link, not over the phone, webchat, or by direct online purchases, between 22nd March until midnight 19th April 2021. Only one Gift Card will be delivered per Santander credit card.

3. You will be able to claim the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card after 30th June 2021 if you have been accepted for a Santander Everyday credit card application via MoneySupermarket Group and your account has not been closed. If confirmed eligible, you will receive an email from no-reply@giftcloud.com which will contain details of how to claim your Gift Card. Please note emails will be sent to the email address provided when signing up to the offer with Giftcloud. Please ensure that emails from giftcloud.com are accepted into your inbox and do not end up in your junk/spam/promotional folder. In the event you have not received your email by 12th July 2021 please contact hello@giftcloud.com quoting your OLA reference number, found in your account application documentation.

4. You will have 90 days in which to claim your Gift Card from the date you receive your email from Giftcloud. If you do not claim within 90 days of receiving the email you will no longer be eligible to receive the £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. Upon receipt of the email from Giftcloud, you will need to follow the clear instructions set out in the email to claim the Gift Card.

5. We recommend that you clear your cache before you click to apply for a Santander Everyday credit card on the Giftcloud website. You must ensure you enable cookies and give consent to cookies before continuing your application on the Santander website, otherwise, your application will not track successfully and you won’t be eligible for the offer. Any untracked applications will not be eligible to claim.

6. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Gift Card, Cashback offer, or promotion code and may not be redeemed for cash. If this is used alongside another Cashback offer or promotion code you will not be eligible for the Gift Card.

7. Gift Cards should be treated like cash and kept securely. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

8. Santander holds the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time or if they believe that the terms of the offer are being abused in any way.

9. Amazon.co.uk is not a sponsor of this promotion. Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards may be redeemed on the Amazon.co.uk website towards the purchase of eligible products sold by Amazon.co.uk or any other seller selling through Amazon.co.uk. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other account.
