Unless you're using an app which only works in Internet Explorer, haha.I guess you have .mht to default to ie not edge/chrome

If you click this in Outlook, it will save the page as MHT format on your local drive and open it in Internet Explorer. This file that Outlook saves is not compatible with Edge or Chrome.
There is absolutely no need to do the above, if you really want to view it in a web browser then click this part at the top of the newsletter instead:
