Royal Mail Redirection

Any advice please? Looks like I will be moving house in the next 2 weeks, nothing definite yet though. Have been trying to set up redirection of mail with Royal Mail, but when I get to the payment section it just says Failed, Error, etc. Anyone else having problems with them? Tried ringing but none of the options covered…

Don’t do it until exchange!!

If you’re having to do same day exchange and complete, leave a few large SAE envelopes and a note for the new owner explaining they’ll keep getting post for a week till the redirection kicks in and please could they pop it in the post for you.
