Will I be taken to court if I don’t pay ZZPS on behalf of CIVIL ENFORCEMENT

I received a parking fine from civil enforcement after parking in a car park, which I have parked in several times before, since receiving the fine I checked and there are signs up saying it is private and not to exceed 2hrs, these signs have only recently been put up, I believe on the day in question I would have seen them as they are all round the walls. Anyhow I have now received 3/4 letters the most recent coming from ZZPS who are a debt collection agency, they say if I don’t pay £170 within 4days it will be passed to a solicitor. I live in Northern Ireland, has anyone else received one of these and do I have to pay it ?

You're in NI - the chances of any success in the NI court are just so remote as to be all but discounted.Ordinarily we hardly ever see NI or Scotland cases on the forum, because if the PPC doesn't have proof of who the driver was, they have no prospect of legal success through any of their courts.
But lately, because of the desperation coursing through the private parking network as the result of a COVID-influenced 80% reduction in income, debt crawlers are now chancing their arm much more in NI and Scotland. We are advising those in England and Wales to ignore the debt collector approach unless they receive a court claim - E/W residents are more vulnerable because of potential keeper liability under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Schedule 4), but in NI and Scotland you are much, much more protected. So you can just ignore this, only come back in any vanishingly unlikely (and silly) court claim by the PPC or their solicitors. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just to confirm above
ZZPS and Civil Enforcement are simply clowns0 -
Plan A, complain to the landowner. Do not reveal the driver's identity. "We parked" or "the driver parked," unlike the words you used in your opening post.
Well that's it really. In NI there is nothing else you can or need to do.
