No, pay off after the statement is generated so are seen to be using the card. You can pay it off before statement if you need to spend again but make sure the statement is being produced every month with a debt on it that you then pay.blackdog2220 said:so in my situation , do I (me not others in different circumstance) pay the card back quickly and have zero or very little at bill time , will credit card co see this and be good to me or bad to me as they are making nothing
if my limit was £1000 , i can forsee utilising £4-500 per month with the ability to pay bill on arrival without fail
As and when your credit limit goes up, your utilisation goes down but again don't worry about that now, it's just a gimmick from the agencies to try and get you to pay for an improvement service. I had that warning on one card (balance transfer one) as it was over 50% of an £8000 or so limit, didn't stop me getting another £6k limit other card to go with the 2 others I have with 8k limit0
