Just confirming (as it seems you've already noticed) that BA says the conversion tool is now working.
BA has also clarified that that the system does take 10 calendar days to process. However, if you request this on a Saturday or Sunday it will be 10 calendar days from the following Monday.
I converted some points in october with no problem, I've now tried to convert some more but can't log in. I just keep on getting "there's a problem with your request".
I transferred £400 worth of points on the 19th Nov and they still haven't appeared in my account so please just be cautious if you're banking on having them for Xmas.
I noticed in my confirmation email for my latest transfer it said it would take up to 12 days. Because 10 days was asking just too much of them 🙄. What on earth are they doing with all that time?
