Shell Broadband offer

There appears to be an issue with the current offer of Broadband for less than £15 a month.....today's email. The offer on MSE states that if you sign up through the link you get £100 credit to the bill which then over 12 months reduces the "normal" price of £22.99 a month down to just below £15. I my attempt to do this it appears that the £100 credit has already been applied to what should be a "normal" price of £30 a month, to make a monthly charge of £22.99
Can anyone confirm that this 2nd £100 off (to make the £15 a month deal) is correct because no one at Shell seems to think it is?

I have also come across this when using Shell via MSE link on the 38Mb states £30.99 crossed out to £21.99 then "inclusive of £100 ". I've tried to raise it with MSE via a link to "Chris" but although I received an email this morning it had no content! I also noticed that the end date has been changed to 15/02/2021 . Something odd here. I emailed Shell and their reply was to give my phone number and a time to be contacted by their sales team Nothing yet. I'm thinking this is not a good idea considering that also there are 45000 people transferring into Shell(Talk talk ) on 15/03/21 when the Post Office closes their broadband.

We signed up in December to shell, joined via MSE link (email to confirm) we have just noticed our payment is £24 down from £30 with credit applied, our offer should have been £15.xx per month equiv after £75.00 bill credit - MSE my trust is weakened - Buyer be aware of similar deals.0

And the fact that Shell throttle the service. I used to get 9 meg from Sky but Shell fail to explain why via the exact same line they can't manage more than half that
