TSB change of address

I have 6 bank accounts and use the app on my phone for them all. I’ve just moved home for the first time in nearly 30 years and tried to change address through the various apps. Lloyd’s group was best, change it on the app and it also changed it for all LBG accounts, including my Halifax and MBNA credit cards, which was a boost. NatWest took me to a message system on the app, which put me in a queue, texted back when they were ready, asked a couple of questions and then changed it for me. Nationwide and Santander made me log in to online banking and let me change it there.
TSB however are saying I need to download a form, print it off, sign it and deliver it to a branch or post it in. If I don’t have a printer they will post one to me, though I’m not convinced that would be to my new address.
I appreciate this isn’t something that people need often, but all of TSB’s woes with IT a few years ago were because they were moving from a legacy system to a modern new one. Surely they could have built-in the basic functionality which everyone else appears to have?

I am in an almost identical situation (including the 30 years) and tried to change my address online but was told that that was impossible and I had to print the form. The form that it printed was formatted all over the place. Massive letters in small boxes but I signed it and sent it off. I got a reply that they couldn't recognise my signature so I should either do it online (which was supposedly not an option previously) or go into a branch.
I'll have a look at MovingForwards' link as that looks hopeful.2 -

Edit: I should point out the stupidity of instructing customers to print and send in a form if you look into doing this whilst logged on.2 -
I had to complete that form. It did not print properly and my IT literate son had to fiddle with settings to get a passable form.
I was doubtful it would be accepted as some parts were out of place including my signature and it said it would be machine captured but it did work.
At least I did get confirmation of the change although it was several weeks later.1 -
I did this several months back and I couldn't get the online form to work, so ended up having to post off the snail mail version. I did think it was odd that you couldn't do this through online banking - not really surprised given their recent reputation with IT. At least there is an option to not have to go into a branch if the online version fails completely.0

Well I’ve spent half an hour trying to complete that online form and then it refused to let me try any longer. It isn’t a TSB form. It is an online verification system from Adobe. They couldn’t have made it any more difficult if they had tried.1

This is really annoying me, Ive been doing this lately, RBS and Natwest was done using Cora the digital assistant and was very very easy, Lloyds, Virgin Money, Amazon New Day, M&S Bank and Halifax were next. Barclays and TSB were terrible, the others were done online (minus M&S, needed a phone call ) so why not Barclays and TSB.
Its a new estate so its strange how the other banks can find the address but not Barclays.
Ill give that link a go.1 -

Fully expected to be able to change it through online banking, but asked me to fill out a form that I would have to print off. I just went to a branch in the end. I don’t think the online form link MovingForwards posted was available when I changed my address with TSB, but that process looks like a right pain to do.1
