@castle the debt was never sold, that's why it's the wrong claimant.
It is still potentially a data breach as the company has clearly been processing personal data which was never a company asset acquired on the incorporation. Their witness evidence does reflect that.2 -

However there are two data breaches here, one by Mr Szmit, (who has personal liability), and one by the company.2
