I come off the phone thinking a simple call to the number I have- confirm the driver name and approx time arrival for xyz reason.    But no- didn't seem that bothered.  Left thinking why bother- drug driving can't be as serious as a drink or I am fairly confident digging would be done ready for him leaving his street to start his rounds.
Frustrating.  Always get told ignore the Police-useless.  Never trust them especially if working together at the event.

You could always contact your local councillor to see if they can put pressure on the local police to do something. But if you're emailing I would get a friend or relative to do it for you. Spelling things wrong is totally fine, I do that, but it's hard to follow your writing.

Poor guy, he may not have good English language skills, but I'm sure he has been sufficiently scared off to never return, whatever you're smoking.
