No, I agree that ideally this should all be on the website. But it's a means of contact if the OP wants to use it. There is of course no consumer right to be able to contact a retailer by telephone anyway.

I didnt say there was, my point was that the lack of it on the website would put me off ordering and I also asked what made the OP use that particular retailer.

Of course you could argue that the contact details are on there via a contact us form but a quick google says that they are not very good at replying/resolving
