Using my Lifetime ISA and fiancée's Help to Buy ISA for a house purchase

I just wanted to double check it's possible for me to use my LISA and for my fiancée to use her Help to Buy ISA for one house purchase; it doesn't have to be all one or all the other?
(I know you can't mix and match in the same person's name.)

Yes that's fine you can each use a different type of account provided the purchase meets the requirements of both schemes such as the LISA being open at least 12 months and the property price not exceeding the £250k HTB cap if outside London.
