Best way to do it? Firstly ask your Thai bank their prices etc and then compare to the likes of TransferWise that often are cheaper (and quicker)0 -
Your UK bank account will have an International Bank Number (IBAN), so your Thai bank can make a payment directly to your account, but the question is how much will they charge for this service. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

Best way to do it? Firstly ask your Thai bank their prices etc and then compare to the likes of TransferWise that often are cheaper (and quicker)(Transfer)Wise can not send money out of Thailand. Dee Money or direct from the OPs bank are the most often used IME and Dee money may now be able to set up an account without the OP's physical presence (I think I read recently). You could also withdraw at an ATM if you have a card, but charges will probably make this a poor option.1
