You've been asked a few times - how exactly is it locked?
What does it say on the screen?
    What actually happens?
    Hi there I can't give information I don't have.  :/ Thanks

How can you not know what it says on the screen and what happens when you turn it on? That just involves looking at the phone...

Sounds like you have solved it now by factory resetting it which is good  :) but in future it's always best to give as much detail as possible when describing technical issues because that means you will get far better solutions to your problem.

A valid comment ... but I suspect that any solution other than a factory reset may have been a challenge for the OP. (Many such issues are most-easily resolved anyway by a factory reset).
