  • ok, here is some added detail
     2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper of the vehicle in question but liability is denied

     3. The defendant has a right to park in the car park where the PCN was issued as the defendant lives at the property. The defendant parks the same vehicle every day in the car park where the PCN was issued. The defendant displays the correct parking permit in his vehicle but on the 29th October 2020 forgot to put parking permit in view on the dashboard.

Just confirm which one you're talking about. Whether it's working or not isn't something the forum tests out and we wouldn't know unless someone tells us so - the NEWBIES FAQ sticky is as much up to date as is humanly possible for its author and only person able to edit - @Coupon-mad
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • is there any reason in using CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk email, rather than filling in the defence part on the money claim mcol site?

Yes, if you read the NEWBIE sticky and follow the links in the second post it will tell you exactly why BUT basically the box is too small for your whole defence and if you type anything in that box (even a full stop) it is taken as your defence.  Just use the e-mail route as explained in the NEWBIE and in the advice you've been given by @KeithP here: -
