CPR31.14 does not apply to the small claims track, where this WILL end up. Stop reading other forums which tell you to do things that just. wont. work.

If you require the draft to be checked , you should only post the paragraphs you have changed , not the whole defence draft

We are checking your work , not coupon mad work , her work has already been checked and approved

You still have not told us the date that the PCN was given , so you are asking questions expecting answers , but not giving answers to questions , like not answering the question by Umkomaas about your nearest court

2 does not say anything about the driver , so either the driver is admitted , denied , or the defendant cannot remember or does not know

3 says my , instead of the defendant , there is no My Me Myself & I in a defence !! Third person only

I have deleted my post, and will post up parts that I have changed

PCN was issued on 29th Oct 2020, in Bournemouth area, county court is in Bournemouth

ok, as far as I can see, this is the only part I need to edit, section '3' :
3. The defendant has a right to park in the car park where the PCN was issued as the defendant lives at the property

I want to get this sent off tomorrow, forgive me, but Redx said not to post full defence up but only what I changed

Do both , the sooner you do so the sooner it can be finalised

Add some background to 3 , add what I said to 2 , then repost the 2 latest paragraphs for checking , keep doing this until it's given the go ahead , do not expect people to go looking back at previous submissions , only the latest version will be looked at

You add all the other paragraphs at email stage , attaching the full defence as a pdf

...you have until 4pm on Tuesday 9th February 2021 to file your Defence.
