You could try checking here, as some legitimate companies can be cloned.

Look at their annual accounts on the companies house website. They did not file accounts for last year yet. Seem to be a small company with only two directors.0

Marshbell have now been outed by the FCA as operating without authorisation in the UK.

They also seem to be anonymously aggressive on another forum in threatening legal action, but failing to back it up
