I used VCC recently . The stuff I sent included two 9ct gold watches, camera equipment, a Mont Blanc pen still in its box and some WW2 medals. I thought the valuation of £280 was too low, especially with when price of gold had reached over $4000 per ounce. I asked for the items be returned which they were but both watches had their backs removed to check on the hallmarks but they hadn't been replaced,. I am now seeking another company of a similar nature. Can anybody recommend one ?
