Parking logistics court threat

katyanne7 said:Hello everyone. I too received a PCN from premier parking logistics back in January 2020 when I'd paid the full amount to park all day. They claim I parked in a space that wasn't allowed. I've now received a notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track. I've requested SAR, also an FOI on how many claims he's submitted (proof of vexatious litigataton) and I've written to my MP. Does WS mean written statement? I'd be willing if anyone else is?
I think I made an error in writing my defense before coming to this forum. It's pretty frightening receiving all these legal letters.
Thanks, katyanne7
Start your own thread and state where the car park is located. We can take a look at it and see what the transgression is suppose to be.
