Get a building society account opened. No issues due to cifas
Coventry BS online is a good place to start.
Simple but its free, can have her wages paid in ahd has a cash card

There is no CIFAS check for a savings account with Coventry Building Society (also the case with Yorkshire Building Society when they operated payment accounts but they dont do them any more)
Any basic building society account does not do a CIFAS check (nationwide excepted)
Theres plenty to chose from depending on where you live

In addition I had one myself and obtained a basic BS account when i went into the branch with relevant ID (sometime ago)0 -
