Didn't win appeal now I got a letter from DRP, is it save to ignore?

I've read a few threads and I think it's save to ignore, the only difference that I can see is that I actually appealed (appeal got rejected).

With that number of posts under your belt you should be able to edit your own post and the thread title and anyway do you mean "safe" to ignore. Did you read the NEWBIE sticky fourth post about debt collectors?2

Yes I read the fourth post and it says that people get them when it's too late to appeal, but I actually did, hence the thread.0

The parking company has 6 years to issue a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton1 -
You may receive letters from these debt collectors DRP and Zenith after the appeals process unless the appeal was upheld. File them and wait until you receive a Letter Before Claim. At the LBC stage you need to take some action.
DRP and Zenith (same set up) work on a no collection, no fee basis which means that if the claim does progress to the court stage they should not add on £60.00 for debt collection as they have not paid it. I have attached an image of their web page advertising this for your WS. This web page has now disappeared from their website.
