I can confirm that your subscription has been cancelled. The service will remain active until ****** and no more payments will be taken. There is no need to cancel your payments with the bank as we will arrange this automatically on your behalf.
...though my subscription had been cancelled, another two payments would be taken. Also, as the second payment would be outside of a 'discounted period' this payment would be double the amount.
For a full price subscription, the online T&Cs say
'If you wish to cancel your subscription after your minimum term, you must call us at least 2 days before your next billing date.'
You have a discounted subscription. From my recollection, the discounted deals they offer regular subscribers from time to time come with their own T&Cs which include a new minimum term.
What do the T&Cs of your deal state?0 -
does your subsciption contract have some sort of minimum term maybe ?0

When does the email say it’ll run until? You’ve crossed it out and I can’t see why unless it’s sometime in the future….0

If it was a monthly payment & subscription still had months to run, then they would take further payments.Life in the slow lane0
