A B&HCC Traffic Regulation Order (TRO-2-20) came into force a few days ago.
I believe all PCN's issued by OPSL have been unlawful.
The operation at Stanmer Park has been the same as in the Kent Ombudsman decision. You know what? Someone needs to report BHCC to the Local Authorities Ombudsman, but ideally, someone who got a 'POFA' NTK before September.
Was yours pre-September and a 'POFA' NTK?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
