Why is everybody so horribly confrontational on here? 

Possibly because people ask questions, the answers to which are in the newbies, on the internet, and in Government guidance.

You're not being attacked. Posters are just being direct. 
You could have given the answers by now, but instead you've ranted at regulars who are trying to help and show how easy it is to beat this scumpany
You keep on missing that and attacking the people trying to help. 
This forum is also for you to help yourself - by reading the newbies thread, searching the forum for obvious terms such as the parking company, and seeing what is already there - as well as getting help from regulars. That is how you educate yourself on this topic, because its not a simple task. 
Or, you can moan about others, and eventually we will give up and leave you to it.

I have at no time ranted or attacked anyone here, I have just responded to the people who seem to want to make other people feel stupid when they ask a question and seek help. I no longer require anyones 'help' as it seems that it just causes me more stress and upset. I have paid the fine despite not wishing to but im not going to be bullied on here when all i wanted was some help. Hope you're proud of yourselves.

CM would have probably dealt with this case for you as she has history with your scammers ,

you have taken exception to comments that where just comments / advice...

this forum is very busy and the few forum regulars do not have much time for niceties,

try reading the newbies thread again ... not all at once just section that are appropriate ...

all the acronyms are found in the newbies thread ...

this should be an easy win if you follow the advice given

You asked for help, were asked to provide more information, didn't give it, complained because people who give up their time for free asked you to provide the information already asked for. which you didn't do, didn't read the information including ready written appeals and guide to court, but now you think it is our fault that you decided to pay a bunch of scammers and bullies.

All you had to do was answer a few simple questions and you would have received all the help you needed. Now instead you have funded the scammers who will be able to scam more people, including you because they now know you have caved in once to their lies and fake demands, and are likely to do so again.

I am currently in dispute with both the Council and One Parking Solution Ltd (OPSL), assisted by The Argus.
Various FOI requests remain unanswered by the Council and OPSL do not respond to queries but keep sending standard "invitations" to pay £100.
Google "Department for Transport, Robert Goodwill,16 September 2014" to see how  B&HCC have been in breach of government guidance - by employing private contractors to enforce parking on a public highway
A  B&HCC Traffic Regulation Order (TRO-2-20) came into force a few days ago.
I believe all PCN's issued by OPSL have been unlawful.  An FOI request has confirmed that B&HCC have nevver received the 10% due under their contract with OPSL. 
Check out Companies House records for director {Name removed by Forum Team} - who has changed the name of his parking related companies several times

Poosibly, but a thread where the OP got snotty with the regulars, paid, and then went off in a huff is not the best place to post.
