Is it a Fake website? My goods are either inferior quality or are faulty I requested a refund

Have I bought from a Fake website a fake inferior quality product ? or is it just a faulty product?
Hi I bought a Dream Wave hair styler from this website wylerahair.co.uk  I had seen the item advertised on face book I wouldnt normally spend so much on an item bought online or one advertised on face book so  I  spent quite a while reading reviews and watching you tube videos of the item it sounded and looked impressive , most often described as  "a game changer" " so easy"  "quick" "curls last for days" " perfect for any hair type" etc I couldnt find anything really negative about it  I even facebook messaged questions about it  to check it would be suitable for my hair and after prompt replies felt confident it would be what they claim so I went to the website and ordered a styler original price was £119 reduced to £89 and I found a discount code on someones blog so it cost me £61.30
Ive always used a curling tong  (cost £15) ive been happy with it  the curls are great last into the next day however it is time consuming  and you can burn yourself so I thought this new curler would be great.
How wrong I was , firstly it took 2 weeks to arrive even though I had an email stating it had been dispatched the day after ordering they gave a Royal Mail tracking code that didnt work
When it did arrive I was impressed by the packaging it looked good I tried out the curler it has different heat settings and time settings for different hair and tightness of curls ,(my hair tong is quite a low heat and I hold the hair for about 4 -5 seconds and get a great tight ringlet
I tried the curler on the lowest setting and lowest time 8 seconds the curl wasnt great so I tried different heat settings and times etc the time setting seemed to make the most difference the heat settings didnt seem to make much difference   and the curls didnt last I was a bit disappointed so  I tried again a few day later on the highest heat for the longest time 18 seconds tried on both fresh washed hair and unwashed hair  but  to no avail the curls started to drop after only half an hour .
The heating part is inside so unlike tongs  or straighteners you cant feel it  so im thinking maybe its faulty in the way it heating or simply an inferior  copy of a better product
I used the contact us messaging  on the  website and messaged via facebook I first made contact to inform them of the issue on Jan 16th and since then have been going backwards and forwards getting nowhere to solving the issue first i was told the accounts department would be in touch they were not then I was asked for a video or photographs so I sent these and was told the technical department would be in touch they have not so I have repeatedly asked for the address to return the goods for a refund this was within the 14 days for online purchase cancellations and within the 30 days  under the consumer rights act 2015
So far after repeatedly requesting an address to return the item they are ignoring this request I have since  done additional research and found other buyers who have had the same issue with the customer service and no address sent to return items
Ive contacted trading standards and citizen advice So what do I do next?
If it is a scam and fake website fake products I dont want others falling for it too

Smells dodgy as hell. No physical address on the website anywhere so you can't find them to sue, and as said above they aren't based in the UK.

Oh and Robert from Wrexham keeps buying the same tongs or so the pop up tells me every minute.

I'd say the business is legit, but plenty of legit business sell poor products

If I'm looking at a website that I've not bought from before, my first stop is the 'about us' page.
    Then 'returns and delivery'.
    This website has neither.

Robert has been replaced by Kelly in Woodbridge.
These pop-ups don't impress me one bit.

    Yet another Facebook dissatisfied buyer.

Not sure what you mean by a "fake website". It's a real website selling stuff which appears to be of shoddy quality, whether those items are real or counterfeit isn't really all that relevant.

What I meant by fake website was a copy of a website of a legitimate company I found this one in New Zealand  wylerahair.co.nz that has more information than the UK one which made me think the UK one was not a legitimate site it was a copy of the website but  selling a counterfeit product
But as you say its a website selling shoddy quality items  so  if you want to be useful what do I do next ? to stop others falling prey? and to get my money back?
