Polishes crystal ball and gazes into it intently OR who knows?  At the moment lots of PPCs and their solicitors are trawling for old cases in the search for money as, due to the pandemic and people not allowed/supposed to go out and park, the revenue is down.

You need to read between the lines here.
DCBL are clearly sending out a bucket load of letters for these old tickets .. if they carried out all their threats, the courts would need to build even more courts just to cover fake claims and that is not going to happen.   They are looking for mugs and no doubt they will find them.

Back in the last lockdown, solicitors started going bust, DCBL simply cannot be in the solicitor class and as the parking industry is going into freefall to bankruptcy ?  The knock on to this must be legals who support them  Turning into rogue traders will not help them

And if DCBL continue to add extortionate amounts such as £180 as seen in this thread today ..
