Not any time soon, nor is it a plot by the lizard men to force you to pay by card so they know when you bought a packet of crisps so they can come and tell you off for not buying an apple instead.

It is according to so many people like covid and the whole big reset rubbish and when you get the vaccine you are going to get a microchip implanted at the same time!!!! I am off to buy shares in tin foil company as reckon they are a good bet.

I for one will welcome a bigger limit as when doing a slightly bigger shop it means I don't have to touch a germ riddled keypad that some has coughed over or used after picking their nose (this is in general terms and not in terms of the current covid pandemic).  I am not always the first to embrace new tech and can resist.  But I love using contactless its much quicker.  If people are too stupid to not know where their cards are at all times then tough.  its your job as the card holder to keep the card and pin safe at all times. So the rest of us suffer because a few can't keep hold of a piece of plastic!!!! (please note I am not referring to people with dementia or other such issues)
