Vauxhall emissions Pay Up: Home - legitimate?

I was forwarded a link regarding emissions claims against Vauxhall similar to the Volkswagon claims. Its called Vauxhall pay up campaign, but cannot find any other similar threads is it legitimate? From an article in the Express

If it was a successful case against vauxhall then everyone would get paid , not just those who paid 35% to a claims company .

Check their small print about what happens if the claim is unsuccessful 

Check if you have to buy an "insurance policy"

Check if they are CMA registered

But the advice on the many other identical threads on here is don't use them , go directly if they pay out

They trade under multiple names , all own by Milford LLP.

Milford LLP has been sra registered since February 2020 
They do not seem to have a CMA registration 
Fees level is vague
