Seems obvious to me that OP = Leeds
Must be desperate for business.
Awaits vehement denials.
Should be banned.

It's quite ironic how the BBC describe him as a 'former' illusionist.2 -

Anyone who *knows* anything about what will happen in future ie. a surefire way to make a profit will be doing it themselves, not sharing the information thereby diluting their own profits. This goes for horse racing tipsters, investing tipsters or any other form of gambling on the future.
OK I looked at the website and didn't change my mantra. And my, his grammar is shockingly awkward.
1. A poor person’s thinking will always find a problem whereas a rich mind state will solve whatever problem they come across.1 -
Crashy_Time said:Nothing really wrong with the grammar though, except it should maybe be "It comes across" or "It finds"? The mistake is in attributing riches to property at this stage in the credit bubble IMO.1

Samuel Leeds has been exposed on a BBC "Inside Out" investigation, Channel 4's 'Joe Lycett's Got Your Back' in the Telegraph, on the PropertyTribes website and various YouTube channels including that of the Dragons Den's Shaf Rasul.
There is also a dedicated Facebook group with over 4,000 members including many disgruntled customers called 'The Truth About Samuel Leeds - and those who use similar methods', as a well as a group of former students forming a class action against him. That should all provide more than enough information for the OP's friend to do their due diligence and make an informed decision.3 -
Hi everyone,
I've joined this thread to seek your support. Samuel Leeds and his company Samuel Leeds Limited have issued proceedings against me in the High Court for defamation and harassment and I have issued a counter-claim for harassment.
I am a well known industry commentator and Mr. Leeds has spent the last two years trying to shut down my commentary and concerns about him and his marketing of expensive courses to young, vulnerable, and naive people who are told that they can get into property with little or no money, and be "financially free" in a very short space of time.
Full details can be found by visiting CrowdJustice.com and searching on "Samuel Leeds".
Samuel Leeds was recently featured in an article in the New Statesman, where the journalist expressed the same concerns as myself.
Search "The Rise of The Landlord Influencer" by Sarah Manavis.
The property education is sector is totally unregulated and there are therefore very few routes of redress if promises are not fulfilled upon.
It has been down to individuals like myself to help protect consumers, and now I am facing a High Court legal battle because I stood up for the naive and vulnerable!
Please visit my Crowd Justice page as above or search Crowd Justice Samuel Leeds. All donations greatly appreciated!

I wouldn't touch with a pole.
Just a money making scheme, all you need to know can be acquired freely.
He uses the money from the courses to buy his properties.0
