There you go - that's how he gets rich.......

  • FYI. I wouldn’t go near. I’m Concerned for a friend and would like to find honest evidence to help him steer clear but don’t want to be rude.

Read the poor feedback with the odd "ringer" positive post

Yes , we have seen repeated posts on here about almost identical schemes under various names.

They are all scams , the only secret to making money is to sign up enough mugs for your "seminars" and "courses

If you want to waste your money go ahead

He’s been to bible school so I can’t see what the problem could be.

I didn't look at the website. Here's my mantra:

Anyone who *knows* anything about what will happen in future ie. a surefire way to make a profit will be doing it themselves, not sharing the information thereby diluting their own profits.  This goes for horse racing tipsters, investing tipsters or any other form of gambling on the future.

OK I looked at the website and didn't change my mantra. And my, his grammar is shockingly awkward.
    1. A poor person’s thinking will always find a problem whereas a rich mind state will solve whatever problem they come across.

Have a look on companies house, he doesn’t seem to have done much with property investments he just takes money off fools and teaches them to suck eggs.

There’s a nice video of him on you tube working as a magician after his so called property empire was booming, Whats that tell you?

I own a few btl’s and joined a few forums, Facebook groups relating to this I got quite friendly with one bloke from the midlands who’s doing similar to Samuel Leeds but just from watching him and visiting a few of his projects  I can see he’s  no expert and seems a bit naive, yet people are paying him £ to coach them.

If you want to get into btl, start with something simple, a basic modern house that requires little maintenance, don't pay over the odds even if it means missing out on a few properties, be realistic with rents its better to avoid voids than get an extra few quid per month.

  • Nice advice. Thank you.
  • He is a young man in a pandemic! There is little to motivate young people so I am impressed that he is looking about and gathering information. I’ve sent him all your comments and i really appreciate the advice.
