Mobilephonesdirect.co.uk - is there an independent complaints organisation?
Hi,
I've sent 2 emails. Phone called. Followed up with an email about the reply the promised and didn't send. Made a formal written complaint.
And been completely ignored by mobilephonesdirect.co.uk.
Is there an ombudsman/something else I can forward my complaint to? Or are they free to carry on ignoring me?

Can you explain what the complaint is? It's not clear from your post?

I didn't really think it was relevant.
The contract paperwork is incorrect, it does not mention the cashback scheme, except to say where it should mention it. I call them up and asked what was going on. They said my understanding was correct, it should mention it, and they'd send an email update with correction. And then went silent. For nearly a month now.0 -
If you're really unhappy then you should have 14 days to cancel the contract.
Otherwise they have ample information about the cashback process on their site, which looks pretty much normal:0 -
Type 'complaint' into the search field on their FAQ's page and it brings up a 'director-level' complaints address to contact. For some reason I can't copy and paste the link.
