DVLA rules, good housekeeping and your clients profit levels have nothing to do with service of a claim form. Service is dealt with via CPR 6. Nothing more, nothing less.

To ''email any updates''? That is NOT what a court ever says.
What does the Order say? Is this hearing about setting aside the CCJ and not a hearing about the PCN and a defence?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
