When people ask these questions, why don't they provide all the information rather than a one sentence soundbite. Granted you may not know what to provide, but when people ask for certain things like photos or answers for questions, it will prevent this becoming a 7 page thread where we are dragging information out slowly.
I think the main thing here is what exactly is happening.
Is the "farmer" stealing electricity?
Have they connected their electricity before or after the meter?
Have your parents electricity meter readings sky rocketed since this "connection", or is consumption at the same level.
How did your parents learn of this happening, considering their supply comes from the farmers barn in the first place.
Why is the electricity coming from the barn in the first place, where did the farmers electricity come from before they "connected to your supply" How long has this been happening?
What did the farmer say when you discussed this with them? (given that they are about to take an injuction, there would have been a conversation)
You need to give more detail please. A picture of said meter and where the farmer has connected their supply will answer all the questions.
