I'm needing advice for my elderly parents their neighbors have connected to electricity supply from their meter my parents supplier have informed us it is illegal to do this but will not put anything in writing

That CED definition is just one of many.OP, which side of the meter is it being taken from - must be after the meter or the supplier would be very interested so it is down to your parents to get it sorted.

The farmer owns barn ,they are taking my parents to court for an injunction to stop them disconnecting them0
