Address not on lists

I have tried to get broadband at home but having trouble because my address, despite being built in 1982, is not on lists and it is assumed because of that that there is no broadband access there. (There is but only through expensive companies). It is literally a case of computer says "no" and cannot get past disinterested call centre staff. I have the same problem with Southern Water's so-called maintenance dept (but not billing). On Google Maps and Royal Mail correctly but my postcode gives them the wrong address. Does anyone know what I can do about this please?

There is BB at the address , so who are these suppliers .Might help to determine if you are on a non public service , or FTTP .0
