Connecting soundbar to tv

Hi,

is the rear of the soundbar like this?

Note, • Before connecting the optical cable, remove the protective cap of the OPTICAL socket.

Amazon or ebay for cable, various lengths available.

Thanks, yes I hadn't used or taken the cap off the optical socket before, every day's a school say.

Is there no HDMI port on the soundbar, one of the arc ports on the tv should work
