I understood the OP was paid 100% during closed lockdown, which may or may not have included 80% CJRS.
The employer is now applying the pre-established "corridor hours" scheme to use up the hours when they were closed to cover overtime now.
That means the OP doe snot receive enhanced overtime rate.
Plus, the company had 80% subsidy on those hours if CJRS was claimed.  (Though, for such a large business I'd be surprised if they got that wrong.)

    Do you absolutely know this?
If they did not, and you were simply on the standard "corridor hours" that the business uses as standard, then that's that.
It is unlikely that a company with 30k employees would get this that wrong.
When furlough was introduced most employees received an Email stating that we would be on furlough.

Perhaps I am misunderstanding things, but I thought that you were paid 100% on furlough (20% more than most), and now you will be paid 100% instead of overtime rate (you haven't said what this is) for overtime, and 100% for standard hours worked. It would have to be more than 120% for the company to gain anything in comparison with any other business that paid 80% to furloughed employees and recovered it from the government, instead of making them redundant.
Ok, so on furlough we where paid 100% basic pay, there would normally be enhancements, dependant on shift worked.
When the 'corridor hours' are invoked we work four or five hours on basic pay. Usually being paid time and third or time and half dependant on shift. This would be compulsory overtime.
So if I can use an analogy, which I'm not very good at !
I am a manufacturer making widgets, Joe breaks a widget. I go to my insurer and claim for a £10 widget.
They say ok, but as per conditions we only pay you £8, there you go. Then I go to Joe and say, no fault of your own but you broke a widget I am deducting £5 from your wage. I have benefitted to the tune of £3
Does that make anymore sense ?

    Yes, that is correct.

You may have received that message at the beginning as many companies did so ahead of fully understanding the rules of the furlough grants.  It may well be that having established the rules, the company did not claim the grants, but the staff remained non-working and the hours were changed to "corridor hours".
To be on furlough, the employee had to agree and, given the size of the business, that would have been done formally I am sure, not just a deemed acceptance by sending a single e-mail.

I believe they were planning to publish a list of claimants starting from next month (backdated to 1st December). So worst case scenario, there will be a way to establish if they were claiming soon.

Nothing has been received to say we where not on furlough, but that list of claimants would be interesting to read.
    Thanks

There is a list available now, quite a long one with no search function I can see, but, employers can ask not to be included.
