    Exactly right. That is just debt collectors garbage.

    You are waiting for a Letter of Claim from either the parking company or their solicitors.

    Please show us ALL these Trace letters (cover your name and address and PCN ref) because it's recently come to my attention that Trace are misleading people that litigation is imminent and that people 'will get a CCJ' and that they have a 'Legal Dept' and 'Litigation Manager' (yet they actually don't, AFAIK). 

    They are referencing but are blatantly breaching the pre-action protocol.

    Have they traced your phone and harassed you with texts as well?  Please show us all of the communications here.

    i will attach the 3 separate letters i have received. As i have 5 separate PCNs(for the same offence) i have received 5 identical letters each time (other than the PCN number being different).

    I get it now. 

    Trace Debt Recovery (magnifying glass icon logo) sends the first letter, telling people: ''should we take this action, it  WILL result in a CCJ'' then they switch to Trace 'Legal Dept' (scales of justice logo) and pretend they are following the pre action protocol even though they aren't.

    Your PCN is from an IPC firm so I will complain for you to the IPC, if you wish.  I have an email.

    yes please. I feel very harrassed and stressed by all of this and would appreciate any help. These companies prey on those who have no/limited understanding of legal terminology and are scaremongers. I honestly feel this is a form of bullying!

    It appears they are threatening numerous people and getting away with it! Im thankful there are people such as yourself that can see through this facade and help those that are being targeted.
