Stocks & Shares ISA - invest in one company?

Can you pick a particular company, just one to invest in with a stocks and shares ISA?
I have a hargreaves and lansdown account and was thinking to invest in just one companies shares that i have been watching.   Can I do this using my Stocks and Shares ISA allowance?

    You can do this - whether it's sensible to do so is an entirely different question....

    Yes you can and I know a number of ex millionaires that did such a silly thing.
