many thank :-)I wish you all the very best.. finding a decent job that's not a waste of your time and life is hard as hell at the best of times, let alone now.0 -
Great, until society doesn't accept what you do. Great, until nightmares keep you up. Great, until the one of two people in power shouts at you despite what their internal charter preaches and it was their choosing instead of 4 weeks training to give 2 days when there own charter states how others mistakes should be forgotten, how you should move on and shouldn't create an atmosphere but it is ok for someone in managerial capacity stand over someone demanding answers of someone put on the phones with little more then 48hrs of being with a company, (but someone hitting daily targets so I only dread if they were getting 1 sale instead of the almost 10 per day) of course mistakes are going to be made for no one knows the in's and outs of a company and how it works in hours but Employers today expect this - the worse is when you've hit your targets with no one bothering to check your work when new and just chucked in the deep end to sink or swim. Faint praise and unsurity of process does an awful lot of damage. You have no idea of the people made anxious by so called supportive employers of today. Bully for you if you've ever walked into a job where supportive training was as described during a job interview. Instead of kicking people when down, Takmon, perhaps you'll tell us about successful assertiveness on your behalf and how you dealt with an Employer who wanted extra hours' a week which took you under minimum wage for the you were were paid to do!? I mean hell I would like to know where you go and work without doing anything for neatly 6 months complaining about the 2 weeks training at the start (perhaps you do have to be the equivalent in looks of a pole dancer) A lot of job seekers who don't have extordinary looks or appear young, have no confidence - what don't you get about that. I know someone who applied for a job Sunday afternoon, got message to attend interview for next day Monday at 10:30pm Sunday night for the Monday at 3pm - when unable to make it in jumping to Employers tune at short notice - they were never to hear from that Employer again.....Tokmon said:Iamdebtfree said:There are many things in some picture perfect fairy tale version of life which are supposed to be this that and the other. I don't care about what I'm supposed to be doing because I only live once. Enough said.
Exactly you only live once; so people need to make life count and to survive people need a job and earn enough money to be comfortable.
Your username "Iamdebtfree" suggests you were once in debt that negatively effected you and most people will agree being in debt is awful for mental health and can really ruin your enjoyment of life. So personally i wouldn't want to be living on benefits and sitting at home all day and not having enough money to do anything, i would much rather have any job and then i am at least in control of what i earn.-1 -

I've read quite a few posts of yours on here and you seem to go into a rant of a subject of your choosing which isn't really relevant to what the post is about.
My post is saying that i would rather be at work doing any job than on benefits and from what you have posted on here you seem to have a new job every few weeks so that shows it's not difficult to get new jobs.
Also you seem to have a lot of problems with jobs but i remember one post of yours where you were 5 minutes late and you when you got into the car park you rang up and quit the job instead of just going in and apologising like a reasonable person would. So a lot of the problems you have are your own making.6 -
No doubt because the job went to someone who did turn up for an interview . No need to pursue someone who didn't come for an interview.Deleted User said:
