I saw this ad for the first time a couple of hours ago. I've screen-grabbed it and it's going to the ASA

Can you post it here please.
If it's that bad, I'd add my complaint to the ASA too.

Moneysaving tip of the day - leave your body to medical science.  A simple, no cost 'funeral plan' as they handle everything at no cost.
No need for a maudling funeral service either, at a time when many are feeling vulnerable and depressed.
After a suitable period of time, have a big party celebrating life.
My hubby has done just that. I was unsure how I felt about it at first but now Im quite proud that he has done it.
And its one less thing to worry about. Have you decided what to do with the cash yet?
What cash, there is no cash involved? Its not something you do for cash.
I think Lemondrops is referring to the huge amounts you will be saving

I wish they would ban those adverts that say if you are over 50 you can get this benefit today.
It is not a benefit it is an insurance policy or funeral plan.
I spend the majority of my working life dealing with general insurance (car, home, pet etc) but occasionally I end up on the dark side of Life & Pensions.

Whilst it is "an insurance policy" most the systems I've used in the L&P space do refer to coverages as "benefits" so the use of the language is clearly much more embedded than simply marketing spin.
