Moving home but BT unable to connect for months... what can I do?

    It's no problem, my question was answered  ;)

    But from a legal point of view, I guess a contract from a business the size of BT would be concrete in that if the change of circumstances are down to the consumer, then there's no obligation from BT to waive any fee no matter what caused the move.

    You are correct it is in the terms and conditions as is the built in yearly price rise .
