Where to click to get to page one is in my signature, but that's basic stuff, it's how to navigate the forum.  How do posters cope if not aware of the simple breadcrumb trail link on every page, to hop back between reading posts?  Rhetorical question.  It's very easy to hop about once you know.

Just search the forum for the name of the solicitor.  We had one just like this last week.

The technical term is "piling on the pressure", and as these dimwit companies are no win no fee bottom dwellers they will go through them all if they think it will work.
  • Do you reckon I can win?

Pretty much four years ago on one occasion  I forgot to display a permit for the space I had from the flat I was renting at the time.

I have my tenancy agremeent from back then I just thought out of principle I shouldn't pay because I was a genuine resident.

The landowners were useless and seems work hand in hand with these companies

  • @Coupon-mad I have followed the template from newbies forum for replies to letter of claim.

I have replied via email to moorside legal who seem to be a new company.

Most likely they will still request for me to pay £160 and then I can expect them to take this to small claims court.

    Maybe, maybe not.

All parking charge claims are easy to defend though so no worries.

That's a useful case law quote to use AGAINST the Claimant and any roboclaim solicitor!

You could do a pithy reply but they aren't worth it. Await the template claim.

Isn't that the very definition of irony - a PPC/legal beagle sending a template letter warning you about using template defences etc?

And even more ironic that they've handed us up to date case law against boilerplate pleadings?!
