Broadband cut off

Due to incompetence (which they have admitted) our broadband got cut off Monday. Long story short we were just changing TV package and someone at Sky hit the wrong button. They have told us our phone will also be cut and until this happens they can do
nothing. Five days later phone is still active and we have got nowhere, 3 children meant to be home schooling and no decent 4g signal here so not many options I’m getting nowhere fast I didn’t know if anyone had experienced this and had any further advice? We’ve been calling Sky 2-3 times a day but just at a stale mate it’s like they don’t know what to do with our case. We had paid up until 2nd Feb and our new TV package was then coming into force so we never cancelled anything. Thanks

I don't suppose you could get use of a neighbour's WiFi for the interim, could you?Not excusing the BB supplier, just a thought re. kids schooling.0

Thanks unfortunately we’re not close enough to get anything other than a weak signal from our neighbour which drops in and out so isn’t sufficient for live lessons. One week now and still no closer to a resolution, chased again today and promised an urgent call back 5 hours ago 😓😓.0

If you get decent signal on three try their home Broadband, 30 day cooling off period so might be worth a shot0
