    With the market "booming" according to some on here though it makes you wonder why they bother?
    Because some people are, sadly, so desperate as to take up their offers. People who can't meet their mortgage payments, people with nightmare neighbours, people in run down homes without the capital to renovate, people who don't know of better options.

    How do the companies sell these on at a profit, or even sell them at all?

  • I contacted a few of these type of co's when I needed to sell quickly. Expect an offer more in the region of 60% of current normal market value.

    It`s market value is what it sells for surely? The Dolf guy has been doing seminars and books for decades, why does he still need to find cheap properties to buy?
