Safestyle - wrong door delivered

. What does redo the windows mean as a good will gesture . Most cassettes in a composite door can be changed (carefully) . I am unsure what slab safestyle use so cannot be certain . I think its solidoor . Do you still owe any of the balance . Keep hold of it until its completed to your satisfaction , As a note . I like arctic . as another note . I don't like safestyle as a company or sales reps . I know some fitters and theyre not happy people either . Ive been fitting windows for 35 years and main sales patter is I'm not a sales rep

The fitters said they would change the cassettes in the door frame and the frame above the door next week and no charge as it was a mistake by the sales man. He used the term good will gesture but I don't care that they call it, as long as they turn up next week and put it right! Haha we're paying with 0% interest finance so have signed to start the finance... maybe I should have held off but he seemed confident they'll be able to fix the issue no problem.greenface2 said:. Ah sorry to say bad things about Arctic glass but it reminds me of my parent's old door and glass they had when I was a child. Something about the pattern brings back bad memories!
If I had my time again I wouldn't use Safestyle. We only went with them because in Oct they promised to fit before Xmas and other companies were stating much longer... and now it's 22nd Jan! Another lie/promise the sales man said!!!0
